A thousand-year-old tradition, Nuad Phaen Boran Thai massage combines pressure, stretching and breathwork to free the body from physical and energetic tension. It improves mobility, boosts circulation and offers a space for deep relaxation, respecting the tradition and listening to the body. It is given without oil, fully clothed, in comfortable clothing.
Cupping is a therapeutic method from Chinese medicine dating back to 3300 BC. Among other things, it helps relieve acute or chronic tension, restore joint mobility, promote relaxation and stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation. Cupping is usually preceded or followed by a massage, to get all the body’s systems flowing again and harmonise vital energy.
The vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls resonate down to the cellular level, creating a deep sound treatment that harmonises the body and calms the mind. The individual session (on the head, the belly or the whole body) helps you let go, soothes the nervous system and supports energetic balance, for a feeling of clarity and inner alignment.
Hands-on energy healing releases emotional and energetic blockages. It helps rebalance body and mind, supports inner regeneration and restores a sense of grounding and clarity, strengthening overall harmony. It can be combined with the singing bowls or traditional Thai massage.
